If i could i would like to give them Negative 5, called and made sure the car i am interested has heated seats etc, when i showed up for my Appointment sales associate Uzayr was very friendly showed me and and made sure the car i am interested has heated seats etc, when i showed up for my Appointment sales associate Uzayr was very friendly showed me and told me those options were not there because customer service dont know about cars and apologized, i asked for Manager who i saw was chatting with other coworkers in office send Uzayr back to show me different options, i was very upset and frustrated because i drove 45 minutes and this Manager had no courtesy to come and talk, finally when i made an Eye contact and asked directly if he is the Manager Filip he came over and then Apologized and offerd to show me different car options again, i asked him why would you send your salesman back to show me more cars when i came looking for this particular model and was assured that this model had these options he Apologized again and offered to make it right. I was personally very Upset that first i was lied and then mr Manager Filip has no time to listen and meet upset customer first but rather offer more choices for Business purposes. Unbelievable Motor Werks is pretty big Dealership maybe thats the reason they use this Bait and Switch on customers will never shop with this Dealership associated Brand. Pls people go to your local Dealerships even they are small they will pay more Attention to Earn your Business. Here at Motor Werks i will never shop and give my hard earned money somewhere else. Motor Werks higher management should spend money Training these Managers rather then offering Starbucks Coffee !!!!!!!!!!!! I left Frustrated and felt sorry for Uzayr because this was the Perfect Example of Poor Management and Poor Communication, for companies like Motor Werks i am 1 of many customers but for Sales Consultant i am an Opportunity for them to make living and they lost my business and sales associate couldn't make sales. Shame on Motor Werks for having such a bad Team. More
