She was helpful and knowledgeable yet not pushy whatsoever. I appreciated her transparency in the deal. From the initial negotiation she was precise and the transaction did not involve all the back and forth that other dealerships make you go through. I was just looking and did not know if I would purchase a car that day. However based on her kind assistance and professionalism I decided to buy the car.
