Well you know the story, working with dealerships are usually painful. Not this time! Alyssa was very professional, easy to talk, and didn’t over promise. I had a great expirence. The salesman, Pedro Acuna, was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable. Not pressuring at all. I walked in and said I wanted a CRV, but I wanted The salesman, Pedro Acuna, was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable. Not pressuring at all. I walked in and said I wanted a CRV, but I wanted to go over financing first to make sure I could afford it. So we did that and went over everything thoroughly. Pedro was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained how everything worked. I was very happy with the vehicle so we went ahead to the next steps, which was painless. Pedro explained the payments, warranty information, and maintenance very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The dealership detailed my new car inside and out for me, and did a great job. I had another vehicle that I drove there so I had to drive it home, so I could not take my new vehicle home. However, Pedro actually delivered my new car to my house to help me out, which to me was a new level of commitment to the customer. I have never had anyone from any other dealership offer to do that. It was extremely convenient and saved me so much time. Thank you! Pedro also helped me set up my phone with the Android auto feature and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend Motor Werks Honda and especially Pedro Acuna to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
