My suggestion for a smoother transition would be to have people dedicated to new car delivery instead of relying on your sales people to put on license plates and explain the technological aspects of today's new cars. I find their advertised pricing to be the best in the area when it comes to luxury cars. Their staff is courteous, well trained, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. There is no pressure involved but if there is a deal to be had they will work with you to get there. Gone are the days of blowing a whole day dealing with a sales person and getting double-teamed by managers...I was in and out from start to finish in 2.5 hours. Damian is a really good salesperson that I recommend highly. More

Mark brought us to his office to see what we were looking for and while my husband carried the conversation Mark could tell I didn't look well. I was having a total internal panic attack because of all the bad experiences I've had in the past with buying cars. He quickly calmed me down and assured me there was no pressure and that I was just testing driving some cars today. He got me a water and got me into my dream car. He 'protected' the keys from other potential buyers while we went back home to get my trade in (again because I had no intention of buying a car that day). We've bought atleast four cars in the last five years, this was by far the best experience. There was no pushy sales tactics, just a sweet man trying to help people find the right car for them.
