Tom Casey and Jenn Asmn worked tirelessly To get me into a new RDX . Unfortunately the black rims on all of them were just something I didn’t care for . I tried to buy a car from them, but they refused to work with me over the phone. They didn’t believe that people in 2025 don’t need to come to a dealership, test drive, and do a bunch of back and forth just with me over the phone. They didn’t believe that people in 2025 don’t need to come to a dealership, test drive, and do a bunch of back and forth just to get to the same number you can get to in 20 minutes on the phone. They basically refused to make a sale, so I made one phone call 5 minutes after they told me to pound sand, and bought the identical car to what they had in their showroom. Don’t waste your time. More
