I have trie ACURA This dealership sells you on its ability to easily set up a service and come with a loaner and take your car back. Not so fast. I have tried this service three times. Your calls go a call center who tries to set up and appointment in 60 days...60 days. They finally agree to an appointment within two weeks only if you complain. This time I sent for a recall and a noise in the front tires when not using the brakes. I get a call that says they can’t recreate. I sincerely believe they never took it out for a test. Then they return my car with a huge screw in the tire. I call to complain and the response...stuff happens. This is by far the worst service I have ever seen. All cars are manufactured the same. It’s all in the service...they fall flat. More

They were transparent on the best price they could offer and we never felt rushed or pressurized to make a decision. Altogether, we came away very happy wit the whole buying experience. More

From the moment I sent an inquiry, all our questions and requests were honored immediately. Karissa responded to my initial request on the same day and connected me immediately to Bernice. Because it was right around Christmas, I was unable to commit a lot of time to the research and car search. Luckily, Bernice was very accommodating and checked in with me after Christmas to continue the process. After we settled everything on our end and arrived at the dealership, both Karissa and Bernice were welcoming and helpful. Bernice showed us around the car, answered all our questions, and gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. She made sure we had everything we were supposed to have and made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. I highly recommend MotorWorld! More
