Knowing I wanted a jeep but not sure exactly what kind or color I started my search. I had been to two other dealers without much assurance. What a outstanding experience! I was involved in a car wreck which resulted in my car being totaled. I knew which Jeep I wanted and called about it. I made an appt. to test drive. The test drive was 8-10 miles so you really get a feel for it. Mike was not a "sugar coated" salesman. I went in with my dollar figures on my trade in and what I wanted to pay for a Jeep - they were excellent in working with me to meet my figures - not trying to force me into extra options, accessories, etc. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep product. I haven't had experience with the service department yet. When that time comes, if they work as well as the salesmen, I'm confident I'll be just as happy. More
