Kaylei was amazing, had an amazing energy. She was like a breath of fresh air when buying a car. It did not seem like she was trying to sell us anything but looking out for our best interest. I came there 2 times this month. 1st I explained what I could afford and was shown something 100/mnt over my budget. My situation changed and went back to see if there was something else there. Dave knew my situation as we had texted and said he would take care of me. Showed me a nice car, then we sat down, he went to his manager and came back, said how much he took off the car and still presented me with over budget. I was persuaded to add to my budget and we compromised on the car. I signed the papers and am waiting on the car. I went home and checked KBB and the price of my vehicle was much more than their fair price. I also found practically the same exact car from a reputable dealer down the street for that fair price. I told them about that and they just said that I signed a legal document and that was it. They are right, I'm an adult and should have been paying better attention however they could have met me halfway and took some money of the final price to make us both whole. They decided not to work with me. So I got a car, which is probably fine however I am not a happy customer. They could have made some gesture to make me feel better about my purchase. More

Brian Loftus was amazing. He listened to what I wanted, walked around the lot showed me all the different SUVs available. He would have let me test drive all the cars I wanted if I didn't fall in love with the first one I drove.
