I recently bought a used BMW 320i from George at Motorcars of Lansing. I had a great experience both over the phone and in person when I came to the dealership. Tommy was the best car salesperson i have ever worked with. He was honest, did what he said he would do. He responded to my text messages immediately, he returned calls immediately. I had a difficult time arriving to Motorcars before they closed in the evenings due to my work schedule, Tommy waited for me to arrive. I was dreading purchasing a vehicle due to experiences in the past but after working with Tommy I will definitely work with Tommy again the next time I purchase a vehicle and I'm letting all of my friends and family know how great my experience was with Tommy and Motorcars of Lansing.
