I have never been a huge fan of car salesmen, but Nelson was awesome. Of all the experiences I have ever had buying a car this was by far the best ever. Nelson was very friendly and genuine. I started out to buy a used truck and ended up with a new one. They treated me the same if I would have bought a used one or a new one. They did not try and sway me into a new vehicle. They made this experience exciting for me, instead of frustration. I commend both of them on how they were able to take out that awful feeling you have going into a car dealership where you feel you will get taken advantage of right when you walk in the door (I am a woman and have experienced that feeling many times, but NOT this time). Also can I mention the Financial person who put all the paper work together at the end and had me sign all the paper work. Henry Neri. He was amazing. Again he made that experience pleasant. He made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything in detail. I was not at all nervious. Because of his personality he took that "beware" feeling away.
