In no time they were able to get me in RAV4 XLE at the payment I was looking for. Everyone was really nice and very helpful. No pressure to purchase extras that I didn't want or need (unlike the last dealership I dealt with). Definitely the best experience I've had buying or leasing a vehicle. When my lease is up I will go back to them for my next vehicle, won't go anywhere else. The only other interaction I had was with Alex in financial. He was also very personable and also great at what he does. His explanations were thorough and he was able to answer all of my questions. Turns out, the truck I wanted was a low production model and had to be special ordered. The salesman, Jesse, ordered my truck, answered countless questions, and said it could take up to 6 months before it shipped. He gave me status updates weekly, and 3 months after the ordered was placed, he sent me a picture of my new truck still loaded up on the semi at Mountain States. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. More
