I told my partner that I only wanted to work with the nicest person and that I wasn't going to settle for anything less than the best. He chuckled at me and said, "Babe, you don't get to choose, everyone usually rotates on the lot and whoever approaches you, that's who you will work with." I insisted that I get to choose who I work with, he shook his head and we walked on to the lot, I was braced to be a chum bucket in a swirling miasma of sharks, but that was the farthest thing from my actual experience. Miss Jen Decker approached me and asked how she could help, I told her I wanted to test drive the 2016 Tacoma. I could not have asked for a better, smarter, more fun or nicer person to help me! We chatted, we laughed, I asked a million and one questions, all of which she had the answer to. Jen even taught me how to use the back up camera despite my preteen reversing skills that needed a nice vote of confidence and a pat on the back. When we came back into the cozy office filled with fresh baked peanut butter cookies (F yes! They know how to do things here!), Jen asked me when I wanted to make my dreams a reality. I told her that it might be about two years, but she showed me that I could have my dream car now! This process and experience was empowering and very fond. I got everything I wanted and even more!
