Good experience I came in to the service department with no intentions of getting another car but that didn’t happen. Mountain View Chevrolet has always been good to me. Anytime my car is in the service department for longer than a couple hours they always give me a car to take home until it’s ready. This loaner car happened to be a newer Tahoe and I fell in love with it and that was that. My salesman Bobby Moore was great. He was very friendly and took care of my daughter and myself for the few hours we were there. Always offering popcorn and drinks which my daughter loved. Gave us free lookouts tickets and a back pack of school supplies. The finance manager Tim Cook is great also. I bought my last car from him and happened to end up with his previously owned Tahoe this time. Thanks MVC! More

Poor Customer Service I feel I have been over charged for very crappy service. I always have to call to get status of my vehicle. I've asked for calls back about problems that I have had with service and leaving items in a loaner car and nobody calls you back you always have to call them. After nearly $4,000 worth of work they don't even wash your car for you, I was charged $200 to fix a seat belt which I thought was in the $3,500 repair. I'm done utilizing this dealership for my service. More
