Poor Customer Service I feel I have been over charged for very crappy service. I always have to call to get status of my vehicle. I've asked for calls back about prob I feel I have been over charged for very crappy service. I always have to call to get status of my vehicle. I've asked for calls back about problems that I have had with service and leaving items in a loaner car and nobody calls you back you always have to call them. After nearly $4,000 worth of work they don't even wash your car for you, I was charged $200 to fix a seat belt which I thought was in the $3,500 repair. I'm done utilizing this dealership for my service. More

I would absolutely recommend Mountain view chevrolet. I had spoken with Grace over the phone for about 3 weeks before I was able to to get to the dealership to meet in person. Not recommended I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Our salesman Chris was very likeable and very enjoyable to talk to but we had to completely best him up to I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Our salesman Chris was very likeable and very enjoyable to talk to but we had to completely best him up to even get our payment down. He wasn't really my issue. My issue came when we got to the finance office. This guy was a complete jerk when my husband said he did not want the warranty. I get that is his job but we said no several times and he got exceedingly frustrated with us. He had to go speak to someone and slammed the door on his way out. He came back even more irritated and was slamming the keys on his keyboard. If we weren't almost done with the paperwork we would have left. We felt highly uncomfortable. They then didn't transfer my plates to the new vehicle, forgot to give us the registration after being told it was in the glove box, and didn't give us our ID's and keys back. We drove half an hour after the sale before we realized we didnt have our things and had to drive all the way back. It was just a really sketchy situation. We did get a good deal on the vehicle and I'm in love with the purchase. I just didn't enjoy the hassling we received after repeatedly saying no. More
