Poor customer relations trying to cancel service contract I purchased a new 2018 2500 HD Silverado on Saturday, March 31 and purchased a service contract with the vehicle. After researching the service contr I purchased a new 2018 2500 HD Silverado on Saturday, March 31 and purchased a service contract with the vehicle. After researching the service contract company, I decided I didn't want it and called to cancel on Monday, April 2. I've talked to four different people at Mtn View and was told by three of them that the contract was cancelled only to find out today (May 7) that it's still not cancelled. Constant runaround and back and forth with different people. Terrible customer service after the purchase. This was my third vehicle purchased at Mtn View and will certainly be my last. I'm not suffering from buyers remorse here. I love the new truck and the purchase price was thousands less than i could find this truck anywhere else. It was a good deal. They just won't try to help me with a simple service contract cancellation. More

We had just walked away from the vehicle we drove 4 hours to get at another dealership and didn’t have any plans on buying the Sonata. Abdul sold me on the car because he was so excited about it, he is hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I rate him 5 stars. Once we left his office and had to go do business with Tim Cook the atmosphere shifted to very uncomfortable. Tim couldn’t seem to understand that we weren’t financing but buying the car before we left. He was so distracted by this fact that he didn’t even do the title paperwork and 2 weeks later I had to email and call Brandon Mathis to get that part done. Tim is the reason I rated the overall dealership 3 stars. His customer service was awful. More

My kind of vehicle shopping My experience started online. I found a preowned vehicle I was interested in. It took me a few days to decide to actually go look at it and look forwa My experience started online. I found a preowned vehicle I was interested in. It took me a few days to decide to actually go look at it and look forward to a test drive. When I arrived I was told the vehicle had been sold...waited too long. Maria Gomez apologized and ask me if I’d be interested in a new vehicle...i wasn’t prepared to spend that much. Maria then introduced me to Napoleon who asked if he could make me a deal would I be interested. My response “It’s going to have to be one heck of a deal”. While Napoleon was trying to work it out I mentioned to Maria that I don’t want to do the dealership dance that I’ve experienced in the past. Where several people come in and out...they let you sit for long periods hoping to wear you down. Fast forward, Napoleon came back with a deal and to my surprise was right in my price range with no strings...I’m now the owner of a brand new truck for what I was thinking I’d get a used one for. Thanks Maria, Napoleon and Ethan for making this a very pleasurable buying experience. More

But, we finally arrived to a common ground where we both would be satisfied, at lease i think so...(It's a strange color)..lol But being in the predicament I was in im blessed More
