Everyone at the dealership was very friendly including the other salesmen working there. Ric and Craig were very courteous and imformative. They made sure that all our questions were answered concerning the other salesmen working there. Ric and Craig were very courteous and imformative. They made sure that all our questions were answered concerning the automotbile, warranty coverage and the financial matters. We were given a tour of the service department and explained how that department was ran. Last but not least I really like my pink hat. More
Josh helped me find the right truck for me at the right price. He was very helpful and stayed in contact with me through the whole process.I first met Josh in January of 2010 while I was looking for either price. Scott Hartmann gently offered to let us sit in a car the day we purchased even though we told him we were not going to buy that day. The first thing we knew we were going on a pleasant test drive, and he wa day we purchased even though we told him we were not going to buy that day. The first thing we knew we were going on a pleasant test drive, and he was able to answere all of our questions about the car's features as well as our financial questions. He was able to work out a deal that got us a two thousand dollar rebate. Additionally he was able to take six hundred dollars off as well to make up for the service and car rental we just paid for that morning when we picked our car up from service. We could not believe that we would be able to get a full size car like this, brand new, with OnStar, XM radio, all kinds of features that were new to us like automatically dimming and brightening lights, automatically dimming rear view mirror, and power seats. This was not a stripped down model but top of the line. With the rebates and everything we thought it was a good price. He showed everything I was able to perceive at the time about OnStar and XM radio ( no easy task ) and even drove our old car home since my wife doesn't see well enough to drive anymore and we were keeping it to give to our daughter. As far as we're concerned we have a new friend at Mtn View Chevy, his name is Scott Hartmann. Additionally, Craig Brown, Sales and Finance Manager, was friendly and witty and able to make us see the value in gap insurance and roadside service assistance when we initially were not going to take it. We have never been treated any nicer at any business in our whole lives and we are sixty three years old. We are thoroughly enjoying our new car and learning all of the new features we can enjoy. Also I cannot say enough about Mtn View's fine service department, I have spent five thousand dollars there in the last three years keeping my old '93 corsica going to save money on buying a new car. Kevin Hamby and Joe ( last name slips my mind at the moment ) have gone out of their way to satisfy me. They even put an old steering column on that I purchased from a junk yard because they didn't make that part for my old vehicle anymore. The service department is why I wanted to purchase a new car from Mtn View Chevy. I'm glad to say that now the sales department would also be a reason. More

Let me first say that I am a big Saturn fan. I like their no stress approach, the way the dealers seemed to care, and especially their service. I was not excited, at first, about going to another deal their no stress approach, the way the dealers seemed to care, and especially their service. I was not excited, at first, about going to another dealer. It started with the GM Loyalty rebate, and then I started checking websites. I like the Mtn. View Website - the seemed to have more inventory and good deals. I found a car that I wanted to look at, then went to the dealer. We chose a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt - a good economical car, with a good price. When I arrived at Mtn View Chevrolet, we looked at the car on the lot. When we walked to the door, my wife and I were met by Leon Babb. He was an excellent salesman - he made no promises that he couldn't keep, listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to get us the best deal. Honestly, it was like being at Saturn! There was no additional pressure put on us by the salesman - and they even took a motorcycle for trade-in. If the service department is as good as this initial experience, you will have a long time customer (not to mention word of mouth references)! I also must say, that a snowstorm came into Chattanooga - and they "stepped up" the process, so we could drive home quicker. Thank You Leon and the Mtn. Number one they had the best selection of the vehicle we were interested in. Upon our first arrival we were greeted warmly by several employees and asked how we could be helped. All my initial questions were answered and we proceeded to browse the lot. Although we did not purchase that day we had decided from the first visit that we wanted to eventually purchase from this dealer because of the people. On the following weekend we decided to purchase and actually bought a model at a higher trim level than the initial model we test drove without any pressure to do so. It was completely our decision. We felt at all times that they just wanted us to be happy. Reason number two is we never felt pressure to purchase, we always felt completly in control. Upon entering negotiations every call was returned promptly and curtiosly by our salesman Scott and every offer/counter offer was treated fairly and not ridiculed. I was treated fairly with my high mileage trade by the used car manager Craig, and lastly when I entered the financing portion of my purchase with Craig the business manager, everything was explained, I felt, on what was the most beneficial for my budget, not the dealships'. I have purchased three new vehicles in my life, from three different dealers. This experience has caused me to realize that I have no reason to look for another dealer next time. More
I came in yesterday with no intention of purchasing a new vehicle. I was perusing the lot when the used car manager (his name escapes me) asked what I might be interested in for a vehicle. I explained I was vehicle. I was perusing the lot when the used car manager (his name escapes me) asked what I might be interested in for a vehicle. I explained I was just looking at the Equinox and Traverse and it was not necessary for a sales person to help me. He obviously told Richard Clinton I was on the lot. Mr Clinton approached me and proceeded to enlighten me about all the features of the Traverse. He insisted I take a test drive. His deliberation was persistent yet not pushy. We went inside where I was met by The new car saes manager with smiles and an open hand. Well as you know the rest is history. I drove away in my new Traverse about an hour and a half later after meeting all of your personel from service and parts to your credt manager. I want to let you know I have purchased a lot of new cars in the past and your service was far above any other dealerships I have frequented. I sincerely hope that the service after the sale will be as excellent as was this buying experience. Sincerely, Fred Moody More
