Totally disappointed from this place, I have two vehicles Dodge and one of it was bought brand new from them. I was looking also to buy another one (new), but after my last visiting to this place I change my Dodge and one of it was bought brand new from them. Where do i start. Was given the vehicle that i requested but all the paperwork was written up for another vehicle. Took a week for them to figure that out and then blamed the new sales guy for the mix-up. but all the paperwork was written up for another vehicle. Offered zero compensation for the screw up and had the audacity to make it seem like i was getting the deal of a lifetime because my truck was worth $4000 more than the one on the paperwork. They were both the same truck, limited trim, optional engine, and came to the same msrp within a few hundred dollars. Told the sales manager that they missed fixing one of the sales papers with the new truck info and that i would like a copy of it, got no response. Go to setup my account with the finance company that they chose and the dealership supplied them with not one but two incorrect phone numbers so i cannot verify my account. Stay away at all costs!!! More
