ripped off tcm needed update, recall, possible further diagnostic needed I was told....they did update on TCM ..... ask if I wanted them to investigate furth tcm needed update, recall, possible further diagnostic needed I was told....they did update on TCM ..... ask if I wanted them to investigate further, cost 125...I reluctantly said yes.....went to pickup Cherokee, charged 125 t tax was told I needed to replace TCM before they could investigate any further....why did I pay 125 if they couldn't investigate further because TCM needed to be replaced...also had a bad experience in 2016 with these thieves, spent 4 hours in the showroom waiting for paperwork.....salesman added the 24 month warranty that I told him I didn't want , at cost of 2400.....I must have that look.....I have a fleet of 16 minivans, I told them that, you would think they would try to win me over, CH Dodge no better.....I'll be adding 2 more vans to my fleet in October, guess where I won't be going. Oil Change Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Would have liked to be in and out quicker as compared to Jiffy Lube.
