The man who "helped" me acted like I was interrupting his day. He didn't talk to me about anything. He just opened all the car doors, hood, trunk, and walked away to look at other dealerships on his computer day. He didn't talk to me about anything. He just opened all the car doors, hood, trunk, and walked away to look at other dealerships on his computer. The man who did my appraisal was kind, honest, and helpful. I was ok with the appraisal and wanted to see the pricing breakdown. The not helpful man wasn't happy I asked for that info and had an attitude (more than before). That's when I realized the dealership marked up the price $10,000. I simply walked out at that point. More
