Stay away from Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge! Took my van there for warranty service - they ending up not plugging all the wires back in - had to take it back for them to fix that, and during th Took my van there for warranty service - they ending up not plugging all the wires back in - had to take it back for them to fix that, and during the second visit they ended up breaking off a piece of trim and didn't say anything. Then when I asked the service manager to address the problem, he did nothing - asked for weeks and his only response was “I’m waiting for the parts department”. This was not the first issue I’ve had with them - I have twice before this specifically told them there was something wrong that needed to be fixed under warranty, took off from work to get my car there, and only for them to come back saying they didn't have the part! It’s not like it was a surprise or anything - they knew exactly what part needed to be replaced and they didn’t have the courtesy to call to reschedule my appointment. Horrible horrible service - can’t wait to get another call or correspondence from them asking if I want to sell my car - I’m going to make sure I waste as much time with the sales people jerking them around as much as they have wasted my time!! More

In and out for oil change. Wa dearly and still go taken. Yet not right away.
