Thank you for your response. I am willing to continue the conversation and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter. The best way to reach me is by email or phone. My primary concerns remain unchanged, I would like a clear explanation of the diagnosis, including the diagnostic trouble codes that were present when my vehicle arrived, the specific mechanical failure (if any) that led to the recommendation for a new engine. I also want to understand why an oil analysis was not performed or the warranty claim submitted for review, and why my request for a Stellantis factory field technician has not been acted upon. I remain hopeful we can resolve this matter fairly and look forward to your response.
