Absolutely terrible I was charged 1000. oo dollars after telling Nick that the problem they diagnosed was. The last service I’ve had is an update for my 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona. Since leasing the car the update is the best thing that’s happened to the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS This dealership will manipulate you into giving them a top rating with the promise of “incentives”. Don’t be fooled. They will not stand by it and change the wording around if you ask for it in writing. Not to mention it is impossible to get your vehicle in for service. They will provide no loaner or rental vehicle. Leased a brand new vehicle and within 15,000 miles needed a new battery. They had the vehicle for 4 days. They performed no draw test to locate a drain on the battery. Just kept the vehicle for 4 days and just swapped out the battery. Horrible customer service, horrible sales service, and an even worse service center. More
