Was told an hour or two. Couldn’t locate the part. (A speaker for drivers side door, couldn’t confirm until the system was back up.) walked to local shopping center. After many hours and no word walked back. System were back up, printed a paper out, walked to filing cabinet pulled my file. Yes speaker, driver side door. About another hour. Walked to Pizza Hut got lunch. No word. Came back. Talked to manager that I had been talking to. Looked at me and said “oh speaker”. About 20 more minutes or so. Went into the waiting room and about 20/25 minutes my truck was done. I truly believe that it was a 20/25 minute job that kept being pushed back because it was under warranty and they weren’t making any money from the job. I know once sitting in the waiting room and talking to the other customers that their cars were being looked at before mine. I finally left around 2:30/2:45ish. Never again. More
