So. ..we were on a 6 hour trip to Schenectady NY and caught a flat tire on the NJT at exit 3. The tire pressure monitor flashed and we had just enough ti ..we were on a 6 hour trip to Schenectady NY and caught a flat tire on the NJT at exit 3. The tire pressure monitor flashed and we had just enough time to get off the exit and pull into a parking lot before it went totally flat. A service call and change to a donut tire got us mobile after an hour and a half wait, but we needed the flat to be fixed. Thank goodness the Dodge dealership was right down the road. Service Advisor Bob Woodward wasn't permitted by law to fix the flat because it was on the outer seam, and he didn't have the replacement tire in stock. We had a pressing family issue and couldn't spend the night in NJ, so he took the time to look up a local tire dealer and gave us the number. The tire dealer had one tire in stock but only had one mechanic on duty and couldn't perform the tire change. He held the tire for us. We went down there, picked up the tire, went back to the Dodge dealer, and Bob Woodward got us in quickly and changed the tire, balanced and remounted it. If it weren't for Bob Woodward we might have had a bust of a trip! As Service Advisors go, this man is the real deal- an understanding, courteous, efficient pro!!!
