Wanted to charge me$800 for front breaks. Goodyear in Deptford $479 with lifetime warranty. I was told I could come pick up the truck the oil change was complete since I declined the break job. I arrived Deptford $479 with lifetime warranty. I was told I could come pick up the truck the oil change was complete since I declined the break job. I arrived 45 minutes later to pick up the truck and it was still in the shop with hood up and no oil in it yet. The mechanic had to be called from another vehicle to complete the oil change. This was my second time at your dealership since I’m working in the area. I always take my truck to a dealer for all maintenance. I have learned from this experience that dealership maintenance isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. More

They were helpful in trying to solve my issues even with vehicle a few miles out of warranty, still seems to have the same issue even after repair was completed, this is not the fault of the service dept bu vehicle a few miles out of warranty, still seems to have the same issue even after repair was completed, this is not the fault of the service dept but the poor design of the vehicle. I am sure they will resolve issues if problem is a ongoing issue. More
