I’m very upset and disappointed! I dropped my truck off a day before serving because of a mixup on the dealerships end, and it was supposed to be worked on first thing in the morning! Now, the day is over, I’m off from work and I still don’t have my truck back! They must be rebuilding my truck! The only things to do to my truck was to put on 4 new tires which were already in from Monday, and an ailment! REALLY!! 😡 More

brought my vehicle in for an issue, was told it was a $30 part which cost me almost $500 to install. 2 days later had the same issue. Brought it back a 2nd time was told it was a different part ($118), but w part which cost me almost $500 to install. 2 days later had the same issue. Brought it back a 2nd time was told it was a different part ($118), but would waive the labor. I was told that it was done. When I picked up the vehicle, it still was not working. Not sure how the mechanic thought it was fixed. I was told to bring it back a 3rd time. After further investigation I was told it was a different part that was causing the issue and it would cost me $1550 to fix. Which of course I declined. If the technician would have diagnosed the issue correctly the first time, I still would have declined the work, but I would only be out the diagnostic fee of $135. At this point I spent $600 and the problem isn't resolved. I believe that the right thing to do is reimburse me for everything except the diagnostic fee.. More

Made the appointment and requested Mobile One. Called and confirmed the appointment and advised I wanted Mobile One. Get to the appointment and was told the only synthetic oil is Pennzoil.
