John and Nate are always concerned with the customer firs! The service is well done and they let you know all the specifics then and now! ripped off tcm needed update, recall, possible further diagnostic needed I was told....they did update on TCM ..... ask if I wanted them to investigate furth tcm needed update, recall, possible further diagnostic needed I was told....they did update on TCM ..... ask if I wanted them to investigate further, cost 125...I reluctantly said yes.....went to pickup Cherokee, charged 125 t tax was told I needed to replace TCM before they could investigate any further....why did I pay 125 if they couldn't investigate further because TCM needed to be replaced...also had a bad experience in 2016 with these thieves, spent 4 hours in the showroom waiting for paperwork.....salesman added the 24 month warranty that I told him I didn't want , at cost of 2400.....I must have that look.....I have a fleet of 16 minivans, I told them that, you would think they would try to win me over, CH Dodge no better.....I'll be adding 2 more vans to my fleet in October, guess where I won't be going. More

Oil Change Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour and 15 minutes. Would have liked to be in and out quicker as compared to Jiffy Lube. Waiting room was clean and I was offered coffee. I tried to schedule my appointment online, however the new update to the website made it extremely confusing and difficult. There are way too many options such as 4k, 8k, etc. that just doesn't mean anything to me as a customer. I just wanted to select "oil change" and use the coupon I printed out from the website. More

The entire check-in process was simple and fast. Almost 30 minutes later I was on my way home. The repair was done right the first time.
