I My experience with My Ford was mixed. The salesman I worked with was very friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the information I received from Jason in the warranty department. My fiancé and I were told that if we purchased the oil change service package, we would receive free oil changes for up to five years. When it came time for my oil change, I was informed that the coverage was actually limited to a certain number of oil changes or mileage. This was never explained to us during the purchase process. Had that information been disclosed upfront, I likely would have made a different decision. There were also other details that I feel were not properly explained. For example, I asked about rear floor mats because my vehicle did not come with them. When I visited another Ford dealership, I learned that their new vehicles included rear floor mats. When I asked about this at My Ford, I did not receive a clear explanation. I believe customers deserve complete and accurate information when making such an important purchase. While I appreciate the salesman who assisted me, I feel misled regarding the warranty and service package details, and that has left me disappointed with my overall experience. More
