A Great Experience with a Great Car Salesman We had never owned an Acura before but were interested in learning about the Acura MDX because it seats 7 people. When we got to Muller Acura, Lance Dailey never owned an Acura before but were interested in learning about the Acura MDX because it seats 7 people. When we got to Muller Acura, Lance Dailey stepped out of the showroom and was ready to help us. We were interested in two trim levels and Lance accompanied us on a test drive of each level and explained the features and differences of each. We were very impressed with Lance’s in-depth knowledge of the MDX. When helping us, Lance was very patient, never rushing or pressuring us. He took the time to answer every question we had and allowed us time to think and consider our options. He understands that buying a car is a big decision and ensured that we had all the information and time needed to make our decision. Once we were ready to commit to an Acura MDX, Lance sought out and found the trim level and color scheme that we wanted through a partner dealership and quickly arranged to have the SUV delivered to Muller Acura. We found Lance to be friendly, professional, and very helpful. When we took possession of our new MDX, he took the time to go over every aspect of the car.
