Always a Good Experience I’ve leased two new Acuras from Muller’s Woodfield Acura, and I’ve always had a good experience with their sales staff. German reached out to me as my I’ve leased two new Acuras from Muller’s Woodfield Acura, and I’ve always had a good experience with their sales staff. German reached out to me as my lease was expiring, and accommodated my schedule to discuss my options with Muller’s. Acura Financial Services does issue a Loyalty program, but German and Muller’s went beyond those terms to get me into a new Acura. There was a delay in reaching the financing department due to other customers ahead of me, but German secured a service loaner (free rental from the dealership) so my wife and I could get lunch. He did this without us complaining and foresaw our needs. Truly above and beyond! When we did reach the financing and disclosure portion of the sale, Myles was wonderful. Clear, direct, and jovial. He worked with me on my first Acura lease and remembered me. It’s that kind of personal touch, coupled with their consummate professionalism that brings me back to Muller’s. I would recommend them to anyone interested in an Acura! More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sebastian was AWESOME and all the other employees there as well! They aren’t all over you like vulchers annoying you into buying something. I already knew I wanted the Honda Pilot before I test drove it, but of course I DID have to test drive it. Upon returning I told Sebastian that I promised my wife I’d go test drive another vehicle before making a decision on purchasing. To my surprise Sebastian was completely willing to let me walk away no questions asked without even trying to “scare” me into “I can’t promise it’ll be here when you get back . You sure you don’t want to put a deposit down on it?” It’s salesmen like that that win my business. I also felt like I had known Sebastian for a long time; joking with him like I do with my other male friends.
