no hassle and no stress Ten years ago I was in the market for a new Acura and began by researching on the internet and submitting pricing requests at various websites to get Ten years ago I was in the market for a new Acura and began by researching on the internet and submitting pricing requests at various websites to get a feel for the market. I got the usual responses from dealers with the usual lines (come in for the best price, you won't find a better deal, blah blah blah). I then spoke with Sebastian Wrobel from internet sales from Muller's Woodfield Acura. Sebastian gave me a price within 2 minutes (really) that blew away every quote I had gotten at that point and was right on with the research I had done. It wasn't even close so I went to the dealer and bought the car that night. No hassles and a lot of friendly non-car conversation while we filled out the paperwork. I kept receiving calls from the other dealers and told them I had already purchased my vehicle. A couple said okay but a couple asked what I payed. I told them the price and they both agreed they wouldn't have beaten the deal. Five years ago I was in the market for another Acura for my wife. The whole process repeated itself exactly the same way. The same responses followed by a 2 minute call with Sebastian found me at the dealer that night buying another vehicle. In the past few weeks I began researching for another Acura for myself. The new 2019's were just coming so the usual websites (Consumer Reports, Trucar, Edmunds, etc.) only allowed for pricing on the the 2018's and I was set on a 2019. I again requested quotes from other dealers to get a feel for the market and was getting some ridicules responses with the excuse being the 2019's were hot. I decided to exhibit some patience and wait for more pricing information. I then went to Muller's for service on my wife's car and happened to see Sebastian while I was in the waiting area. I mentioned that I was in the market for a new car. Five minutes later I had a quote that was $2100 less than anything I had been previously quoted. I had to wait a couple weeks because none of the dealers in northern Illinois were getting the color combination I was looking for but in the mean time, the websites I mentioned earlier updated to the 2019 model year and to no surprise Sebastian's quote was right on. Several days later my color came in and I bought the vehicle with no hassle and the process was even faster than before. The internet websites offer so much information these days so I don't quite understand how some of these other dealers still try to play games with the prices but if you want a straight forward and no hassle buying experience, contact Sebastian to cut through all that nonsense. 2018 MDX I was searching for a new car to lease for 2 weeks not really getting what I wanted to fit my budget. I was replacing a mercedes so looking for luxury I was searching for a new car to lease for 2 weeks not really getting what I wanted to fit my budget. I was replacing a mercedes so looking for luxury. I was presently surprised with my sales person Seth Gibrick and how easy he was to work with. He explained everything to me like I was a friend and he was very informative. The decision was easy comparing acura to the competition. Other cars optioned what acura applied as standard. The down payment and monthly lease payment was $400-$500 less then the competition. Great experience and I will be back soon to replace my wife's Audi Q5 More

She decided on a new RDX, but the real reason was that she wanted to continue working with this amazing team and dealership. Our relationship is rooted deeply with these amazing guys.
