I recently bought a used certified MDX. Muller was the first and only Acura dealership I experience and I pretty much made up my mind to buy the car from Richard after our first conversation. He gave a good overview of the car and what to expect, took time to answer all my questions and concerns and didn't force me into anything. Richard also followed up with regular phone calls to make sure everything with the car was okay, answered my questions and helped out on the vehicle settings. He is a true car guy who enjoys putting the right car into the right situation without pushing. Very helpful. It is unusual for a used car salesman to be authentic but Sebastian is the real deal. He is also a foodie, so for an out of towner like us, he also found us a great place to get dinner so we could drive that lovely new to us car home to Wisconsin. If he gets hired to a new dealership I will follow him there. More

When I was in a few days later, he took the time to walk me through how to use one of the features on the MDX that I did. It remember. German helped coordinate things quickly with the leasing and the finance managers. All my questions were answered quickly and all terms were able to be negotiated quickly. Overall, a quick and efficient process. I have been going to Muller's for about 11 years and the sales and service experiences have all been positive due to the people.
