I was hoping for a vehicle under 100k miles and under $8k For about ten days I searched for a used sedan with AWD drive for my son graduating college. I was hoping for a vehicle under 100k miles and under $8k, which was asking a lot. I was excited to see an Acura RL pop up on my search, as we are a satisfied Acura family with two MDXes. Unfortunately Muller's Woodfield Acura was 125 miles away. I was more than satisfied on my internet search of reviews of the dealership and the car, and proceeded to contact them. Almost instantly I received a response from Sebastian Wrobel through phone and email, and Sebastian quickly adapted to my preferred method of communication, which was text. We had great conversations about the car's price history, which he was quite knowledgeable about, and made tentative plans to drive down that weekend. As the car was in great shape, and at a very fair price, I was disappointed, but not surprised, when Sebastian texted Friday night to say that the car was in the purchase process, and he promised to keep his eye out for similar vehicles. Ugh! Back to the drawing board! To our delight, Sebastian texted right away Saturday morning, probably before their shop was even open, to say that the sale was not finalized. I woke my son up and we drove the two hours to the dealership in poor weather, as we knew it wouldn't remain on the lot for long. Sebastian had the Acura RL brought indoors for us awaiting our arrival. We checked everything out while he was completing a new Acura vehicle sale, while he kept us posted of his status. After a test drive and engaging discussion about the vehicle's history and condition and life in general, we agreed to the purchase at a very fair price. Patrick got us through the F&I process quickly and efficiently, and we were on our way. Tommy, one of the managers, was very helpful with the final prep of the car as Sebastian was called away to a repeat customer. I waited to write the review for a couple weeks so I could confirm that the car was indeed as good as it looked, as my most recent used car purchase from another dealership proved to be a failure. We are delighted to say that the Acura RL we purchased is a great used car. Sebastian was a blast to deal with, and I won't hesitate to contact him when we are prepared to make our next new or used Acura purchase. More

The gentleman there was very friendly, offered his assistance with used cars and directed me to the new dealership showroom. He told me to ask for Roger. When I entered the dealership Roger introduced himself (he had been given the heads up). Roger was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Before I left the dealership he clearly explained the car functions. At no time did I feel under pressure. Overall my experience at the dealership with Roger, Chris and Patrick was one that I would refer people to. The dealership is new, modern, clean, large service area and has a comfortable waiting area with amenities. More

Very professional from the first contact to the last, he knew everything about the MDX (spanning many model years). Our used search did not produce a good fit for us, and after learning of the various features and changes from model year to model year, we started considering a new vehicle. We found a new MDX on the Muller website that was everything we were looking for, and made a surprise visit late on a Saturday. Sebastian was over the top, very patient, low key, NO PRESSURE, and he answered all our questions, and shared all kinds of information on both the vehicle and the dealership, to help us in the decision process. If you don't have a contact at Muller, and have a reason to investigate something they have, I highly recommend you ask for Sebastian. We have been buying cars for a long time, mostly new, and can honestly say we have never had a better experience in working through this process (to be fully transparent, this is our first experience with an Acura vehicle). Everyone we encountered at Muller was excellent, very professional and courteous, but we spent nearly all our time with Sebastian so he rightfully deserves the shout out. More
