Sebastian is the best at Woodfield Acura! I've been purchasing Acura cars from this dealership since 2005. I have always been welcomed each and every time I have been there. My sales associate Sebastian always does what he can to get me in the vehicle I want. This last purchase he went out of his way to personally locate and pick up the vehicle I was looking for. When I expressed a desire to communicate initially only via email he provided the information quickly and completely. Once at the dealership he had the three vehicles ready to test drive even though we provided very little notice we were coming. We never felt pressure to purchase but were compelled to do so because of Sebastian's knowledge of the vehicles , friendly demeanor, and willingness to negotiate. The finance terms and closing experience in general was also very positive. Sebastian took ample time at the delivery to explain all the features to us. More
