Making Dreams Come True After owner 11 years of having my 2005 Chevy Malibu and 182,000 miles, I decided it was time to purchase another vehicle. Acura had always been on my radar for years because I heard nothing but good reviews about their automobiles. I went to two other Acura dealerships before going to Muller's Woodfield Acura (I won't say which ones or with whom I dealt), and let me tell you...the third time is really a charm. I reached out to Sebastian Wrobel via social media because he was referred to me through a friend of a friend, and he was nothing but helpful from the start. I told him what I was looking for, a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 or 2016 Acura TLX, and he sent me a link of all the vehicles he had in his inventory. Once I picked out the cars I was interested in seeing, I scheduled an appointment with him and took a trip out to the dealership after work. Upon arrival, I felt like Sebastian rolled out the red carpet for me. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and had the cars I was interested in lined up and ready for me to view and test drive. He told me about some of the cars' cool features and how they operated, and, at the point, it was a matter of which color I wanted because all of the cars I was interested in were the same model -- just different exterior and interior colors. This was the first auto purchase I made on my own so I was nervous about the process. Would I be pressured? Would I be nickled and dimed? I can say that working with Sebastian eased a lot of my uncertainty. Very professional, knowledgable, and personable guy! If you're looking for an Acura, I would highly recommend going to Mueller's Woodfield Acura and working with Sebastian. I am now the proud owner of an Acura TLX and couldn't be happier with my choice. More

My great car purchase experience! I was looking for an almost new pre-owned SUV. I've visited multiple dealerships for a few weeks, and from all the visits and cars I've got to see and test, the Muller's Woodfield Acura cars inventory and excellent customer reps and managers made me decide to buy from them. You always have multiple options when looking to buy a new car, multiple dealers in yout area and similar cars in the category. For me, what makes me decide where to buy my next car from, is totally dependent on my time at and the experience at the dealership. This year, my first visit at Muller's Woodfield Acura exceeded my expectations. The quality and friendliness of this dealership employees surpasses any other dealers by far. If in need for a new or pre-owned car, you must go and see this dealership first. Ask for Rene Payton (financial services manager) he's the great guy who help me with my new car purchase. And is not just Rene, all the guys there are super friendly and they know their cars. While you're there ask to meet Kevin Kane (sales manager) he's one of the best managers I've seen in years. Kevin has the patience and expertise to answer any/all of your questions. Buying a new car is an "experience" and the day you purchase your new car that experience should be a great one, this is how I left this dealership at the end of the day, driving back home on my new car smiling, not tired, an feeling great about the time spent with the guys there. My next car, when time comes, will most likely be at the same Acura dealer, as I don't think others can do better in terms of service, pricing and employees. I searched nationwide for an ACURA MDX's and kept coming back to look online at the one available at Muller's Woodfield Acura. Being from out of state, I was very nervous with going through this process, but in a matter of an hour in talking to Sebastian Wrobel...I knew this was it for me! He went above and beyond in helping me out through the process, from face-timing so I could see the vehicle in a live walk through; answering all my calls and texts on out of state questions I had; giving me a VERY detailed description of how the vehicle operated, once I picked it up; and finally, making sure I made it safely back to NJ, after the road trip from IL. I cannot thank Muller's Woodfield Acura more for everything! Aside from the prices being UNBEATABLE, the amazing and knowledgeable staff, made it worth the trip for me. Being in the military, I needed a reliable vehicle to travel with, and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made!
