This is the 4th Acura (a RDX and 3 MDXs) that my wife and I have leased from Muller's and the 2nd MDX that we've been fortunate enough to lease with the expert assistance of Lance Dailey. First, I'd like to compliment and strongly recommend Lance Dailey. The fact that we've leased two cars with Lance's help speaks directly to his professionalism, trustworthiness, and consultative approach. Additionally, his follow up ensuring that all was well with our new car and that there were no questions or concerns that had popped was excellent and much appreciated. I've had the good fortune to have worked with several exceptional car sales professionals over the course of my adult life and Lance is the best; I can't recommend him highly enough. Second, Lance has an excellent dealership, with an excellent product, behind him. Working with the finance manager, Myles, to complete the transaction is always a pleasure-you're parting with a good chunk of change, but Myles makes you feel ok about it :). The Muller service department is excellent, as well. Due to the quality of the Acura product, we've only had our vehicles in for routine maintenance, but it's enough to see what a well run and professional service department they have. From sales, to management, to service, Muller's has proven to be the complete package and we continue to be very satisfied repeat clients. More

BUYER BEWARE! Can't recommend this dealer. Purchased a used 22 Acura MDX loaner with 4k miles. Over the course of 2 days, I realized the car didn't have some Can't recommend this dealer. Purchased a used 22 Acura MDX loaner with 4k miles. Over the course of 2 days, I realized the car didn't have some features I was looking for. Heated and ventilated seats etc. My fault for not looking over every single button. That being said, I took it back to the dealer, and they gave me a huge runaround with excuses and then overcharging for another vehicle I was interested in. So sick of the games dealers play these days. Total price gouging!! My salesman was a nice guy, but in the end it didn't matter. I wanted to put more money down for the same model with the features I wanted. So they just jacked up the price of the vehicle I wanted by thousands. Making it unrealistic to purchase. That's how they scam you. Do your homework! I thought it would be relatively easy to upgrade into a different car. Dealership was NOT cooperative. Don't waste your time More

I had a great experience from the time I entered to the time I left. I came from Milwaukee, WI and was Greeted by John who assisted me over the phone before I traveled there. That meant a lot to me considering he knew I didn't want to waste anytime and wanted to leave with the truck I wanted. He had things lined up for easier process. He was great and funny. I had a few minor issues in finance and Jeff helped me get through them and understand. he did not let me leave without understanding the terms of my finance paperwork. He was awesome!
