On 8/11/2021 my husband and I went back to Murray Chrysler Dodge. to purchase a used Ford pickup. Upon completion of all paper work were told the truck had not been serviced and it would be the nex Chrysler Dodge. to purchase a used Ford pickup. Upon completion of all paper work were told the truck had not been serviced and it would be the next day before he could pick it up. He drove the truck to Jax and on the way home the truck began to skip and check engine light came on. He call the dealership the next day and the truck was picked up for this problem. Now we find out it could be two before we are able to get the truck back. I was unable to speak with anyone at this dealership regarding this. The only person I have spoke to is a person at the Ford dealership. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone after this. No stars from me. Don't buy from Murray Chrysler Dodge. More
