Enjoyed working with JP. He worked very hard to find us a vehicle that would meet our needs. The times, being unique to COVID, made finding the exact truck we wanted very difficult. The only box that was not “checked” was color, we wanted white, but there was none to be found and we didn’t want to go through the process of ordering, and waiting. One just has to realize they are in the business of selling at a profit and the customer’s job is to save as much as possible. I didn’t catch everyone’s name that I worked with due to having multiple xxxxx in the air trying to work with getting a vehicle and dealing with work/family on the phone throughout the process. I will say that it was likely the best experience I’ve had at a auto dealer to date. The overall attitude and atmosphere was definitely a major part of why I chose to purchase the truck I did. More
