Trey and Adam were perfect. I got their backs. Finance guy got his feelings hurt when i didnt want to spend the extra money for the extended warranty. Price was the main reason I got their backs. Finance guy got his feelings hurt when i didnt want to spend the extra money for the extended warranty. Price was the main reason not getting the extended warranty, other part was not everyone is depending on the dealership to fix their vehicles. Also i noticed a few other guys (not sure if they were finance guys or managers) who walked around with an arrogance or cockyness like they think they are better then everyone else. They put their pants on one leg at a time, just like me. More

Very good experience. I would definitely recommend Murray Ford. I received the out the door price over the computer. I was meet at the front door and test drove the truck. All good except they were supposed to take my electric running boards off my trade in and put them on my new truck instead they sold my old truck without doing this.
