After 3 unsuccessful attempts I finally got to speak with Jim Pruitt. When I finally got through to him I found that he was completely unaware of my issue. I found that the statement “he would like to speak to you about your experience” was not true. Though he was polite….I had to spell the whole story out to him. He located the shop evaluation which said all my tire sensors were bad & required replacement for a charge of over $800. I indicated the $80 + that I paid for their systems scan was a waste of money in that it’s findings were wrong. Jim said it sounded unusual….and that he would look into the situation, ……..and get back to me It is now a week later …..and I have heard nothing,! This whole deal, plus the current non-response, tells me that there is a problem with this dealership that could translate to a greater unhappiness if I were to purchase a new truck from them.😡

UUPDATE- I received a call from Jim Pruitt late this afternoon. In addition to an apology for not getting back to me he asked me to come in to the dealership so he could post a refund of the $80 + scanning fee. I stopped by the service center and found Jim covering the Nissan desk because the total operation is seriously short of employees. Jim was very polite in his explanation of not getting back to me….he wears many hats due staffing shortages. He took care of the refund and assured me that if I considered buying a new truck….a Toyota was a great choice…and if I dealt with this dealership, I could ask for him & he would see that I would be a well satisfied customer.
