I ordinarily am very pleased with My Auto Import Center’s service. Yesterday was the exception. I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire check. In 3 1/2 hours that I sat there was very little commun service. Yesterday was the exception. I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire check. In 3 1/2 hours that I sat there was very little communication. Even the online updates were not complete. In the end I approached the service desk several times to see what was going on. Ultimately the desk personnel went home and I found my worksheet on the counter. The car was being washed. Another delay…. Very unusual. If this repeats they will lose my business. For now, with indulgence I will still recommend the center hoping that yesterday will not repeat! More
