We found the environment very accommodating and friendly. I especially appreciate the children’s play area being separated from the other waiting area so the children’s noise doesn’t bother other people. Considering it took me 30 minutes to drive to your dealership, 1.5 hours to get a diagnosis and another 30 minutes to drive home. Is my time considered at all? Loaner was requested only if the repair cannot be done immediately. In this case it took you guys 2 days to get the part. It’s not customers fault parts are not on hand. Beth waived my loaner fee (which was not disclosed during my initial visit. Appreciated that. I bought my second new car from you guys because of your service Dept. This is a first time I was left a bit disappointed. More
