I used to work in the industry and so I didn't ask for money off. The only thing I asked for was for the stains to be removed in the ceiling and for it to be clean. Neither of which was done we were told money off. The only thing I asked for was for the stains to be removed in the ceiling and for it to be clean. Neither of which was done we were told it was detailed so I trusted that it was upon leaving we noticed it had a quick vacuum job done and the stains were still there. The next day I cleaned it (not that I had the time to do it.) I removed trash from all throughout the vehicle and had to clean cupholders and all the trim on the inside of the car because it was never touched during the supposed detail. More

I live 2 hours away from the dealership so it added complexity to this purchase.
