New car scratches and window tint On the day I picked up my New Forester, I noticed that there were small scratches on the passenger side. It too just over a week to get it in to have On the day I picked up my New Forester, I noticed that there were small scratches on the passenger side. It too just over a week to get it in to have them taken care of. The window tint I requested wasn't dark enough so that had to be redone, which I was told I would have to pay more to have it corrected, which I complained about. The scratches were touched up with touch-up paint. When I inspected the spots, I noticed them right off the bat. The spots were not smooth and I can feel them with my finger tips as well as my nails. The spots are still there and was told it would have to be sent to body shop to get fixed. I'm afraid that the paint/clear coat will be either thicker or thinner than factory paint and might not match correctly. I was never shown the features of the car when I picked up the car. I'm still learning different things and setting up the car the way I want it. This is my third NEW car and to date the worst experience I've received. More

I just purchased a newer used vehicle from a different (non Nissan) dealer and there was a recall that the service department took care of I did not know about. More

Shadric and the My Auto Team Rock! Stopped into My Auto yesterday to look at a couple of vehicles. Welcomed by Shadric, who was personable, knowledgeable and cared about what I was (and Stopped into My Auto yesterday to look at a couple of vehicles. Provided great insight into the two vehicles I was interested in and the test drives were great. Took me on a route that covered, city, highway, country roads as well as dirt roads and parking lot maneuvering. Well- needless to say - I found my car! Went back today to make the purchase. Shadric walked me through the entire process and even when I needed to work with someone else (such as the finance team) he was never far away and was always checking in with me to be sure I was okay with everything or asking if I needed anything. Couldn’t resist their popcorn and beverage center. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, stop into My Auto, and ask for Shadric. I went in needing a vehicle as mine had who knows how much life left in it. Rob was very welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for; something reliable with lower miles and decently priced. Not to mention I have a poor credit score and history. He and the finance guy (I can't recall his name) did all they could to make sure I could leave the lot with what I was looking for. My experience with them was absolutely wonderful and my experience with the company as a whole was absolutely wonderful and still has been since I purchased the vehicle. There was only one downfall to my experience and that was when I went to finalize the details and everything; dealing with Bekah Wehman. She seemed very kind and friendly at first but that quickly turned when I got a call from my mother who has great knowledge with car sales. She was calling to just make sure I understood everything as far as the payments and everything went and she just wanted to confirm all the number and make sure I wasn't getting screwed over. At this point Bekah got an attitude and acted as if we were wasting her time. She was sighing and walking around like we were an inconvenience. She also got a bit rude when my mother wanted to speak to her just to ask some questions. She rushed me into finalizing the paperwork because "they wouldn't have had time to re-process everything that day." Needless to say, my experience with her was not good, however take her out of the equation and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. More

Great Experience and a Good Deal! I live in the Grand Rapids area, but decided to drive out to Muskegon and check out the dealership there instead. Austin - 2018 Outback Austin was a huge help when I just recently traded in my WRX. I went to another dealer and got pricing for my trade as well as a new outback. I wanted to get two quotes and decide on who really wants the business. Austin and Subaru of Muskegon were able to offer more for my trade in and beat the price on an almost identical outback. When I called back to the other dealer to see what they could do, they were hesitant to match let alone beat it. Huge thanks to the team over in Muskegon, sure I will be back when that new STi is released. Highly recommend More
