There was a little issue in my visit but may rating is high as they went above and beyond to apologize. I was in for an express oil change. Not knowing how many were ahead of me I was expecting an hou high as they went above and beyond to apologize. I was in for an express oil change. Not knowing how many were ahead of me I was expecting an hour wait. After 75 minutes I noticed my car still sitting where I left it when I checked in. Asked how many more were ahead of me and there was a surprised panic look with a question of "did you just drop this off." Not sure what truly happen, but the car was taken right in, oil change in 20 minutes, and no charge for the service. Things happen, but how you go about trying to make it right matters. More
