I was very pleased with how my husband and I were treated. Wyatt Katz was the salesman from whom I purchased the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from. I had my eye on another Jeep from a different dealershi treated. Wyatt Katz was the salesman from whom I purchased the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from. I had to call numerous times to reach anyone to schedule the service. Then, I had to call even more times to try to reach someone to see if my vehicle was done. It was extremely frustrating, and I won't be the service. Then, I had to call even more times to try to reach someone to see if my vehicle was done. It was extremely frustrating, and I won't be taking my vehicle back there. In addition, there was a great deal of transmission fluid on various areas under the hood. It was enough to soak a hand-sized wad of paper towels. That was after I drove it home too, and I'm sure some of it dripped off during that time. More
