Once service realizes you are waiting they perform quickly. I was told to use key drop on which I wrote I was waiting in my vehicle since waiting room was not available. The work was done well and once they got it in it was done timely. However I was told the total time was going to be 1 to 2 hours and it ended up being 4 to 6 hours.
