These guys treat their customers like a customer wants to be treated. I mean who has a waiting room with unlimited fountain drinks, massage chairs, even cookies and donuts and the normal stuff like coffee. Com'mon who does that anymore...,. I took my vehicle in for a recall repair. I was greeted kindly and shown right to the place that I needed to go. There was a waiting area with comfortable chairs for my children and myself to watch tv or j kindly and shown right to the place that I needed to go. It took them 2 weeks to inspect my car and then when I went to pick it up after it was “fixed” it was still making the same noises so I took it back in and it took them another two weeks to look at it and went to pick it up after it was “fixed” it was still making the same noises so I took it back in and it took them another two weeks to look at it and then I called to check on it and the guy told me he forgot about me... after dropping 2 grand my car is still making the noise I needed fixed. Poor completion of work performed and what was paid for. Was charged for tire rotation and proper air pressure. Tires were most likely not rotated and air was not checked.
