2015 Escalade Just purchased a 2015 Escalade from Myrtle Beach Cadillac. The entire staff was very pleasant to deal with and I was treated fairly on my trade-in. Avoid at all cost I brought my car to the body shop and service department. They figured a week into the project that the light that was damaged needed brackets so this I brought my car to the body shop and service department. They figured a week into the project that the light that was damaged needed brackets so this delayed work by an entire week. No one called to let me know what was going on so I went in to see what was taking so long and their response was they have 20 other cars to deal with no one told me to come in. They also said that they had all the parts only days later say they were still waiting on a part. Jesse the manager just said I'll talk to them. Completely unacceptable. You spend your entire day waiting on hold to get someone. Then I take it to service who says the tires need to be balanced then a whole day goes by and I call once again and they said now I need an alignment. Horrible!!!!! 2 weeks without a car. More

These guys know how to roll! My wife and I came in to get a new key fob for our 2013 SRX and left with a new 2015 SRX and a new CTS 2.0 Turbo, both in matching black! These gentl My wife and I came in to get a new key fob for our 2013 SRX and left with a new 2015 SRX and a new CTS 2.0 Turbo, both in matching black! These gentlemen are a real pleasure to deal with and offered their best deal first. We are repeat customers as we bought our 2013 from Paul Rodriguez. Jeff Thebodeau was our salesman this time around and extended us every professional courtesy as before with Paul. Paul is now in finance and made the paperwork on both caddy's seamless and painless. Paul's brother, Ryan Rodriguez is the Sales Mgr. and gave us top dollar for the trade on our 2013 SRX. It was a no-brainer.
