I was looking to buy my first new car. I had previously been to 2 other dealerships and neither of them had the customer service that Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep had! when I pull in at jeep place . very nice sales person was joseph he went all the way to help to get the jeep I want and their was no pursues of getting credit report first. I met the salesperson Ken Stubbs and Sales Manager Keith Hardke at Myrtle Beach Chrysler eight months ago looking for a 2012 Volkswagon CC. They had nothing like it on the lot, but promised to be in touch Hardke at Myrtle Beach Chrysler eight months ago looking for a 2012 Volkswagon CC. They had nothing like it on the lot, but promised to be in touch with me if something came in on trade. They kept in touch with me every couple of weeks for eight months until finally the exact car I was looking for arrived on their lot as a trade in at a great payment I was looking for. I was very surprised #1 that the exact car had been traded and #2 the level of customer satisfaction and professionalism from them.
