I had the pleasure of purchasing a New Jeep Wagoneer. My wonderful salesman’s was Jeremy Ratley. He was outstanding from the very beginning. He greet my wife and I with big smile and a South Carolina welcome. We talked about the Jeep for a few and then walked around it. He was like let me go get the keys and you all can test drive it. So my wife drives it and she loves it. While out test driving the Jeep. Jeremy was telling and showing us all the features. We return back to the Dealership and go inside. We get to Jeremy’s desk and he starts working on a deal for us. We got a great deal and great customer service from Jeremy Ratley!!! I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A SATURDAY A LITTLE AFTER 3, I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BU I DIDNOT KNOW, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I SPOTTED TIM IN THE PARKING LOT AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT MY STUCK CENTER DRAWER, HE DID BUT IT REQUIRED A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. I DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME HE WAS OFF THE CLOCK, THAT'S WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. THAT WAS A 5 STAR EFFORT. ON MY APPOINT THAT I SCHEDULED ON LINE WITH TIM, I WAS IN AND OUT IN <20 MINUTES A NEW RECORD FOR ME I'VE OWN A MIN VAN AS ONE OF MY CARS SINCE 1984 A T&C AND STILL DO 2019 PACIFICA AN WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE AFTER I PAY THIS ONE OFF AT 0% INTEREST SWEET!!!! More
