Nothing but games and run around Do not do business here unless you like to play games. Had nothing but trouble getting maintenance done. We were told one thing then then next day come to finish the deal and totally different numbers with nothing but excuses on why the deal the previous day did not work. Also told no we didn't listen to what they said. Constantly telling us not this not that. Would never put numbers in writing only verbal. Even the GM Dan McColl, puts his sales people down. Told us Josh is just a salesman he does not know anything about finances. More

Every employee we came in contact with took the time to learn our name and have greeted us warmly on subsequent visits. Our salesperson, Chantz, was great. After our test drive, he followed up with us periodically without being pushy. When we went in to purchase, we discovered they had taken in a used Wrangler, something my husband had been looking for over the last year. This one was perfect for him. We worked a deal that made us happy. The used Jeep has had a few minor issues, but Chantz and Terral have taken great care of us. They always make us feel welcome. Usually the finance part of the deal is painful, but Steve was great. He was informative, but not pushy. He was also easy to talk with, not boring at all. Usually the finance part is enough to put me to sleep, but Steve was engaging. More
